Luxury Nail & Lashes Policy

Thank you for choosing our salon! We truly appreciate your trust and support. To ensure the best experience for all our valued clients, please
take a moment to review our salon policy below.


1. Service Warranty

We offer a 7-day warranty for nail services and a 3-day warranty for lash services.
If you experience any issues such as chipping, lifting, breakage (for nails) or early fallout (for lashes) within the warranty period, please
contact us immediately. We will gladly repair or fix the issue free of charge.

Please note:
If you are unable to return to the salon within 7 days for nails or 3 days for lashes due to personal reasons, the warranty will no longer apply.
After this period, the nails or lashes may have naturally grown out, and a new set or refill will be required instead of a repair.


2. No Refund Policy

If you are unable to return to the salon for a repair, we do not offer refunds.
Our technicians will always do their best to provide high-quality work during your visit, and we encourage you to check and confirm your
satisfaction before leaving the salon.


3. Payment Policy for First-Time Clients

All first-time clients are required to make payment before the service begins.
This policy is in place to help prevent incidents where some clients leave without completing payment after the service. It also helps ensure
fairness and protection for our staff and business.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and professional environment for everyone.


4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals may result in shorter service time or
rescheduling.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.


5. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority.
• Please inform our technicians of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service.
• We use only high-quality, sanitized tools and products to ensure a clean and safe experience.


6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your visit. Please keep your valuables safe.


7. Right to Refuse Service

For the comfort and safety of all clients and staffs, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or displaying
inappropriate behaviours.


8. Service Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your nails or lashes immediately after the service, please let us know before you leave the salon.
We are happy to offer up to 15 minutes of additional service time to make reasonable adjustments.

Depending on the salon’s schedule, we may be able to fix it right away or book you in for the soonest available time.
If you remain dissatisfied after the adjustment has been made, the salon will not be held responsible and no further free service will be
provided.
